Very nice editor

Hello, Its very nice HTML/CSS/JS editor but it will be perfect if you add syntax-highlighting and autocomplete.

Cool

Neat app. Would be perfect with a debug console showing errors...

Wonderful

This is the only app on the market that is capable of doing web dev right out the box on an iphone. So its quite lucky that this app happens to be very high quality and completely free with no ads. It does exactly as it should: html js and css work perfectly. And it goes beyond: imports are made easy, the app will download and hold image assets for you, and you can host your page on a local server!

Doesnt Compile CSS

Simply put, none of my style sheet was executed, meaning, when using JS to apply a new class to an element, for example, nothing would happen...

Usless

Useless doesnt do anything

Thank you!!

I am a new to the world of HTML, CSS and JavaScript . This is a great addition to my tools for learning and developing applications...

It just works.

JSAnywhere is a great mobile tool for rapid coding practice. Im sure to use it as I become a more proficient software writer.

Unusable

Great program that is unusable because of so many ads - when coding, you can not have ads popping up non-stop. No way to turn off? Useless.

Perfect

Im not really sure why this has such a bad overall rating, because for me it works flawlessly. It so far havent had any problems, except for some temporary visual anomolies occasionally. On top of that, the ability to add your own images and export/import from and to dropbox is incredibly useful. 10/10

Amazing, MUST TRY

The only problem is i gotta get used to not doing <link href...> and <script src>...its so much easier! :) Why would people rate it awful- help it get 5 stars ;)

Love it

I use this app all the time for quick prototyping while Im on the road. Just a few suggestions: (1) need an option to display line numbers or add a feature to go to a particular line number, and (2) need find and replace capabilities. Otherwise its a perfect app for what its meant to do.

Best Free Offline JS/HTML/CSS Viewer

If youre a JS/HTML/CSS enthusiast this is a must have app. Youll be surprised by all the functionality this app has. Wish I could pay cash money $$$ to turn off the ads though. (Hint...Hint...)

Near Perfection

This app is perfect, not pop-ads you can tap on, friendly user interface in my opinion, as well as working offline! I only have one suggestion, you include html, css, and JavaScript documentation. Even if it was an in-app purchase for $0.99

My Classroom

I downloaded JS Anywhere as a complete newbie to JavaScript but with the goal of teaching myself. I am very happy to say that through many hours of fumbling I am now competent with not only JS but Ive also used the app to learn jQuery, become more proficient with CSS3, canvas, and SVG. Obviously you can write code in any text editor but the ability to see the result not only of the html but also using the linked external css and js files is so important. Apparently this app had some issues with ads getting in the way at some earlier point but I have never experienced that and have nothing but great things to say about it. Basically just the .html, .js, and .css editor pages like say a codepen and then you press play to view the result. So simple but I havent found another app that comes close. Instead of playing a game or scrolling thru Twitter I can open this app and start messing around and actually do something productive. Its been a huge part of my learning process and I would think it could be a terrific tool for developers of any skill level.

Pc in my pocket

App works good.. No crashes, no complaints. Im going to school for front end developer and this app allows me to do my homework anywhere. A small Bluetooth keyboard would be nice. the files are shared as a emailed zip and can be opened by a computer text editor. It also handles Html and CSS.

Excellent

I have had this app for quite sometime and I learned basic js with it. I love this app and the redesign on it is real nice!

Nice app...needs work

Dropbox support is broken I think. Havent been able to use it. Tap on the icon and nothing happens. Needs to support multiple js and css files

(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

No matter what you do, the app doesnt work. AT ALL. 0 stars

Did the dev not know HTML or test this app?

1. The starting HTML is completely wrong and its annoying to have to redo it for each project. Ex: they close <head> twice. They dont have the JavaScript linked to the .html, they just did a <script src=""></script>. 2. It is too troublesome to get to <,>,/, etc. He needs to add a way to get to it easier, or even a custom keyboard maybe. 3. They should make a way to view more than 1 file at a time in a project. While I realize this is an iPad app and you would never write a full blow website in this, it should be a lot better than this. I am very disappointed.
